Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original protective wrap and box to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our studio.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
